We have movies in both Flash and Windows
Media formats.
Flash is required to view the Flash format movies. If you don't
have the player you can download it
from
here.
Windows Media player is required to view the Windows Media format movies and
you can download that player
from
here.
This is a problem with earlier versions of the Windows media player (Version 6 and before). Upgrade to the latest version of your media player to solve this problem. The Windows Media player is available here.
We have tested all of our websites with versions 7, 8 and 9 of AOL and the sites work fine with AOL and the built in AOL browser.
Wait until the picture has fully loaded and then right click with your mouse over the picture and select "Save Picture As...".
A lot of our movies have a link to download the movie. Click on the download link and you will be prompted to save the movie to your hard drive. For movies that don't have a download link right click on the movie link and select "Save Target As".

There are many reasons why your password has
stopped working. The most common reasons are:
1. Your CAPS LOCK button is on. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you are typing it exactly as you did
when you joined.
2. You are misspelling your username or password. Try again making sure your
spelling is correct.
3. You have cancelled your subscription and it has expired.
4. Your credit card was declined at the last re-billing attempt.
For your convenience and to assure no interruption in your service you are re-billed every 30 days from the day you joined until you cancel your subscription.
In order to protect your privacy, billing is very discreet. If you joined us with CCBill your credit card statement will show Data Struc Inc. If you joined us with Epoch your statement will show KB Services.
